The online booking system administrator is provided with full access to all features and functions.*

Each staff member can be configured individually with their own schedules, work hours, services provided and colour code. Bookings can also be made on behalf of customers depending on level of access granted by the system administrator, with the ability to alter, reschedule or cancel bookings, and contact customers directly through the online scheduling system.

Dashboard & reporting

We understand the importance of comprehensive reporting, tracking and analytics to the success of businesses of any size. The Trade Terminal online booking system dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of booking activity, which can be altered to view activity by day, week or month across staff members and/or services. This range of filter options is also translatable to downloadable reports for analysis purposes.
